Helen is a recurring character in the You Don't Know Jack series voiced by Michelle Sobel. While she has never been shown physically, she has appeared in the majority of games in the series.

Helen is the chief producer of the You Don't Know Jack show since the series started. She is usually heard only in the background during the sign-in process, but has at times been vocal during the game itself. What is known about her is that she seems to resent her job. She appears to have little to no care for the hosts themselves and is more interested in keeping the show going than anything else. Helen rarely gets angry or upset, except when something happens that threatens the shows production. She can even be heard swearing when there are no questions left to ask.
