Ok, this gonna sound stupid, but it's the Tee K.O. host. The OG not the 2nd.
First, Guess how many people survived to Tee K.O. 2. One. I think that all 16 characters fell victim to TMP, the surviving avatar survived the original, and then the snake boi escaped the second with a gift (that's not the glasses or the knife) and then died at the post-game question.
Second, there's a different host to the second Tee K.O. and 4 packs before (party pack 6) the OG reopened the hotel full-time, and seeing as how the OG TMP only happened once, canonically, he could have run OG Tee K.O. and stepped off once to host the OG TMP
Third, in the OG TMP, all the Party Pack 3 hosts other than the OG Tee K.O. host are shown to be backup filters for the host after his filter drops. Coincidence? I think not.
